I sort of fixed the whiteboard issue on my local copy, or at least made it a whole lot better by messing a bit with the contrast at that part of the lecture. Unfortunately this video is most likely copyrighted and therefore I won’t share it

Wow richard buckland is quiet stubborn, it seems whoever taught him, drilled him that only one concept should be accepted.
I too have a computer science degree, there are multiple ways to do EVERYTHING in computing.

Brilliant so glad you have not given up on us and are still posting these! They really are very appreciated by those of us who were not fortunate enough to study CS at university.

I can. Luckily this error happened during the filming of Richard Buckland. This wouldn’t work with a horrible professor.
Still 5/5 quality, in my opinion. Keep up the good work, UNSW. I hope to visit (or become a student) your campus one day!

yeah you’re right! dagnab it. i spent ages trying to make this one audible and legible and still fit under the youtube limit, evidently with only partial success, sorry. i think i’ll have to fix it either with annotations or some screen shots. will have to wait a few days at least as i dont have the raw footage here. can you nonetheless deduce what the tallys on the board are showing?
